Initial Briefing
The briefing is mutual qualification. Addie LaMarr conducts every initial conversation personally. The goal is to determine whether the organizational situation, timing, and economics make LaMarr Labs the right fit, and to say so clearly either way.
What to Expect

Before the call
A short pre-qualification form below. Questions cover organizational type, the primary driver of the inquiry, and whether there is an economic sponsor with authority to commission an engagement. It takes three minutes. It ensures the 30 minutes begins at the right place: a diagnosis of organizational fit.

The 30 minutes
The conversation covers organizational context, what triggered the inquiry, the current state of cryptographic inventory and governance documentation, the vendor landscape, regulatory exposure, and timeline for a decision. By the end, the fit question is answerable for both parties.

If there is fit
A structured proposal follows within 5 business days. Scope, deliverables, fee, and timeline are all fixed before the engagement begins.

If there is no fit
That gets communicated directly, with a recommendation for the right next step, including referral to another firm when appropriate.
