These terms govern your use of lamarrlabs.com, the Post-Quantum Field Guide at fieldguide.lamarrlabs.com, and the plain-English resources hub at lamarrlabs.com/resources. All three are published by LaMarr Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation. Using any of them means these terms apply to you.

Published material is information, not advice

Everything published across these sites is general information about cryptographic risk and the post-quantum transition. It is written for a broad readership and is not tailored to any organization, estate, or regulatory position.

Reading it, citing it, or acting on it does not create an advisory, consulting, or professional relationship with LaMarr Labs Inc. That relationship begins only under a signed engagement agreement. Decisions about your own cryptographic estate should be made against your own facts, and where the stakes warrant it, with advisors who know them.

Accuracy, and what to do when something is wrong

Every load-bearing figure published across these sites is traced to a primary source, usually a NIST publication, a standards document, an official docket, or the peer-reviewed paper itself, and is cited so you can check it. Standards move, papers are superseded, and regulations are amended, so material that was accurate when published can stop being accurate.

The sites are provided as they are, without any warranty that every statement is current, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. If you find an error, write to addie@lamarrlabs.com. Corrections are made openly and recorded rather than edited away.

Quoting and citing this work

The text, charts, and other material on these sites are owned by LaMarr Labs Inc. or used with permission, and the LaMarr Labs name and marks belong to the firm.

You may quote from these sites and reproduce individual charts for reporting, research, teaching, and internal business use, provided you attribute the material to LaMarr Labs and link to the page you took it from. Journalists working to a deadline do not need to ask first. What is not permitted is republishing substantial portions as your own, presenting the material as another organization's work, or using it to imply that LaMarr Labs endorses a product, vendor, or company.
